How much does CardGrade cost?
Collector plans are Hobby at $4.99/month for 10 credits, Starter at $9.99/month for 25, Pro at $24.99/month for 80, and Business at $74.99/month for 300. One credit pays for one grade. Annual plans cost $47.99, $95.99, $239.99, or $719.99 per year and still deliver the listed allowance monthly.
Can I grade a card for free?
Eligible new accounts may claim one free first grade while the offer is available. Eligibility is checked in the app and is limited to one qualifying account; it is not a recurring free plan. After that grade, you need a plan or credit pack.
Should I choose monthly or annual billing?
Monthly plans charge the listed monthly price. Annual plans charge the full annual price once per year, while the plan credit allowance is delivered monthly rather than all at once.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. One-time standard credit packs on this page start at $9.99 for 20 credits and never expire. The current 20-, 60-, 130-, and 240-credit app-store packs are standard grading credits. Standalone Forensic packs start at $1.99 for one Forensic-ready credit.
What is Forensic Capture and how is it billed?
Forensic Capture uses eight macro images to inspect corners and edges in more detail. Pro and Business plan credits can be used for Forensic grades, or you can buy a standalone Forensic pack. It is not unlimited; access is checked against your current plan or Forensic-credit balance.
How does Developer API access work?
Pro includes API access at 10 grading requests per minute and Business at 30. Dedicated monthly API plans include 1,000 credits at $149.99 with 30 requests per minute, 4,000 at $399.99 with 60 per minute, or 12,000 at $999.99 with 120 per minute. Dedicated API tiers are arranged directly with CardGrade rather than purchased through the consumer app stores.

No. CardGrade provides image-based condition estimates and predicted PSA, BGS, and CGC outcomes from the photos you supply. It does not authenticate, physically grade, or encapsulate a card, and image quality or unseen defects can affect the result.
How does the 2-grade credit-back policy work?
For a completed grade at least seven days old, enter the official PSA, BGS, or CGC result. If it differs from CardGrade's corresponding prediction by more than two full grades, a qualifying claim returns one grading credit as a non-expiring pack credit. Automatic credits are limited to three per account; later claims are recorded for review. This is not a cash refund.
Who handles subscription cancellations and refunds?
Current consumer purchases are billed through Apple or Google. Refund eligibility and requests follow the applicable store terms, the offer shown at purchase, CardGrade's published policy for that channel, and applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not itself refund an existing charge. The legacy direct-web 3-day usage-deducted policy does not govern store purchases.
Where do I complete a purchase?
Consumer subscriptions and credit packs are currently purchased in the CardGrade app for iPhone or Android. Sign in with the same account on the website and in the app; the App Store or Google Play shows the plans available on your device, final local price, billing terms, and any introductory offer for which you are eligible. Dedicated Developer API plans are arranged directly with CardGrade.
Do credits expire?
One-time pack credits never expire. Subscription credits are a monthly allowance and refresh monthly; unused subscription credits do not roll over. Annual subscribers are billed once per year but still receive their allowance monthly.
