PSA Value services are currently paused. The lowest published active direct tier is Regular at $79.99 per card, with a $1,500 maximum insured value and a 40–50 business-day estimate. Shipping, insurance, supplies, marketplace fees, and any value-tier change can increase your all-in cost.

No. A professional grader determines the final grade, and the market determines the final sale price. Use completed sales for the exact card and a conservative likely-grade scenario; re-run the calculation with a lower sale value before committing to a submission.

Include the raw-card purchase or opportunity cost, grading fee, outbound and return shipping, insurance, supplies, taxes where applicable, and marketplace selling fees. If a declared-value limit could move the card into a higher tier, test that higher fee too.

Use a careful manual inspection of centering, corners, edges, and surface, then treat an AI pre-screen as an additional condition input. It does not replace a professional physical inspection, authentication, or grade.
