Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and billing at CardGrade.io.

CardGrade.io subscriptions are charged in full at signup — there is no free trial. New subscribers have a 3-day money-back window: cancel within 3 days and we will refund you for any grades you have not used. After that window, subscription fees are non-refundable. Credit pack purchases are final sale. This policy outlines our billing practices for credit purchases and subscriptions. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
CardGrade.io is a digital service that provides AI-powered trading card grade predictions. Subscriptions are charged in full at signup. New subscribers have a 3-day money-back window; after that window, subscription fees are non-refundable. Credit pack purchases are final sale.
CardGrade.io operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you submit a card for AI analysis. Both subscription credits and purchased credit packs are subject to this policy.
If you cancel within 3 days (72 hours) of starting a new subscription, we will refund what you paid minus the value of any grades you have already used. Each used grade is valued at your plan's per-grade rate. The refund is returned to your original payment method. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Plain and simple: cancel within 3 days and we'll refund you for any grades you haven't used.
Cancellations after the 3-day window take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access and any remaining subscription credits until the period expires. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time after the 3-day window has passed. This applies equally to monthly and annual plans. An annual subscription is a twelve-month commitment paid in full at signup; after the 3-day window it is non-refundable in whole or in part — no refund is issued for the remaining months or any unused credits, even though credits are delivered monthly.
One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances. Credit pack credits never expire.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team at support@cardgrade.io within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and transaction details. We will investigate and correct legitimate billing errors promptly.
Billing error reports are reviewed within 5 business days. Corrections for verified billing errors are issued to the original payment method.
If your actual professional grade (from PSA, BGS, or CGC) differs from our AI prediction by more than 2 full grades, the credit used for that grading is automatically refunded to your pack credits.
After receiving your professional grade, visit the grading detail page for that card and enter your actual grade and grading company. The system compares your result to our prediction and issues a credit automatically if the difference exceeds 2 grades.
Each grading allows one actual grade submission. The grading must have a completed status. Refunded credits are added as pack credits, which never expire.
If a service outage prevents you from using purchased credits for an extended period, we may issue credit extensions at our discretion. Contact support with details of the issue.
Bonus credits and promotional credits (including welcome credits, loyalty bonuses, and credits earned via referrals, ads, or reviews) are not eligible for refund or cash redemption under any circumstances.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds on any remaining credits or subscription time.
We strongly encourage you to contact support@cardgrade.io before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting CardGrade.io support may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and revoke credits associated with disputed charges pending resolution.
