Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and billing at CardGrade.

All CardGrade purchases are final and non-refundable. We offer a Free tier with 3 credits so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. This policy outlines our billing practices for credit purchases and subscriptions. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
CardGrade is a digital service that provides AI-powered trading card grade predictions. Because our service delivers results instantly upon use, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
CardGrade operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you submit a card for AI analysis. Both subscription credits and purchased credit packs are subject to this policy.
All purchases — including subscription plans and credit packs — are final and non-refundable. Each credit consumption delivers an instant AI analysis result, and this delivered service cannot be reversed.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your remaining subscription credits until the period expires. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
The Free tier provides 3 credits at no cost so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. We encourage all users to try the Free tier before committing to a paid plan.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact our support team at support@cardgrade.io within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and transaction details. We will investigate and correct legitimate billing errors promptly.
Billing error reports are reviewed within 5 business days. Corrections for verified billing errors are issued to the original payment method.
If your actual professional grade (from PSA, BGS, or CGC) differs from our AI prediction by more than 2 full grades, the credit used for that grading is automatically refunded to your pack credits.
After receiving your professional grade, visit the grading detail page for that card and enter your actual grade and grading company. The system compares your result to our prediction and issues a credit automatically if the difference exceeds 2 grades.
Each grading allows one actual grade submission. The grading must have a completed status. Refunded credits are added as pack credits, which never expire.
If a service outage prevents you from using purchased credits for an extended period, we may issue credit extensions at our discretion. Contact support with details of the issue.
Bonus credits, promotional credits, and free trial credits are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refund or cash redemption under any circumstances.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds on any remaining credits or subscription time.
We strongly encourage you to contact support@cardgrade.io before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting CardGrade support may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and revoke credits associated with disputed charges pending resolution.
