A 80/20 ratio means one border is 80% of the combined border width while the opposite border is 20%. In a 3.0mm total border, that splits as 2.40mm vs 0.60mm.

Real-world example: Vintage tobacco cards, very early Bowman and Topps from the 1948–1953 era often present this severely off-center.
