What 90/10 centering means

A 90/10 ratio means one border is 90% of the combined border width while the opposite border is 10%. In a 3.0mm total border, that splits as 2.70mm vs 0.30mm.

Real-world example: Vintage tobacco, T-206, and pre-WWII candy issues frequently cut this severely. Modern cards almost never miss centering this badly.
